What is the Hooting Pirate's Treasure Box?
Our bi-monthly, curated box is full of beautiful items chosen with care to help you feel spoiled and taken care of, delivered right to your door. Each box includes a variety of items to inspire you to take some time for yourself.
How does it work? What happens when I subscribe?
For your first box, you will be charged immediately and you will be sent the next scheduled box. We ship on or around the 28th of every second month, so you will receive your box shortly afterwards.
You box comes beautifully packaged FULL of items (5-6) that will inspire you to take time for yourself. Every two months, you will be billed on the 10th and your box will ship the 28th and this will continue as long as you stay subscribed. You can unsubscribe at anytime.
What is inside the box?
Each of our boxes contain a gift, a mini craft kit, a yummy treat, tea and stationery, designed to help you slow down and take time for yourself.
When will my box arrive?
Our boxes ship on or around the 28th of every second month (April, June, August, October, December and February) from California. You will be provided with tracking information once your package ships.
Where do you ship?
Until we get our sea legs, we are currently only shipping to the US and Canada. A European box is in the works! And we will have an alternative option for everyone else COMING SOON! Sign up with your email at the bottom of this page to be the first to hear when it is available.
Can I skip a box?
Sure! Going away? Or need to skip for any other reason? You can pause your subscription anytime, make sure to do it before the 10th of shipping months to ensure you won't get that box. Simply click on Subscription Settings then Pause my Subscription. Choose to skip one or two payments and then you're all set!
What is your return policy?
Due to the element of surprise in our boxes, as is the nature of a subscription box, we do not offers returns. However if something is missing or broken when your box arrives please get in touch and we will solve it for you. Contact cara@thehootingpirate.com for any problems with your box.
Are you eco-friendly?
We love our beautiful Earth and are dedicated to ensuring that our boxes do very little to harm it. Whenever possible there will be no single use plastic, but exceptions may exist for things like food items, for example. We use recycled packaging. In house products are printed on recycled paper when possible. The box, shred and tissue are all recyclable.
What if I am allergic to something in the box?
When there is an item in a box that may trigger an allergic reaction (food, scents etc) there will be an option to receive an alternative item. However some products that 'may contain' an allergen will not have an alternative.
